This page identifies the publisher of the Owlogs website and the hosting providers that operate the underlying infrastructure, as required by article 6-III of the French LCEN and by the e-Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC.

The director of publication is the legal representative of Owlogs for the time being. Their name and contact details can be obtained on request at legal@owlogs.io.
Hosting providers
The Owlogs website and Service are operated on infrastructure provided by the following hosts. Both providers operate the data centres that host our infrastructure within the European Union.
Intellectual property
The Owlogs website, its content (texts, logos, illustrations, screenshots, source code) and the Service are protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to Owlogs or to its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in our Terms of Use or in the open-source licences that accompany our public SDKs, you must not reproduce, represent, adapt or distribute any element of the Service without our prior written consent.
The brand name “Owlogs”, the Owlogs logo and the visual identity of the site are protected trademarks and graphical elements of Owlogs. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement that may be prosecuted under the French intellectual-property code.
External links
The Owlogs website may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites or services that we do not operate. We have no control over the content, availability, security or privacy practices of those external sites and decline any responsibility for them. Following an external link is at your own risk.
Reporting unlawful content
Under article 6-I-5 of the LCEN, anyone may bring to our attention content hosted on the Service that they believe to be unlawful. To make such a report, send a notice in writing to abuse@owlogs.io containing:
- your full name, occupation, address, nationality, date and place of birth (or, for a legal person, its corporate name and registered office);
- a precise description of the content reported and its precise location (URL or Workspace identifier);
- the legal grounds on which the content is considered unlawful and the reasons it should be removed;
- a copy of the correspondence sent to the author or publisher of the content asking for its withdrawal, interruption or modification, or evidence that the author or publisher could not be contacted.
Knowingly submitting an inaccurate report is a criminal offence under article 6-I-5 of the LCEN.
Applicable law
The Owlogs website and these mentions légales are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to them will be brought before the competent French courts.
